The work includes the reconstruction of a trail and slope stabilization requiring coffer dams, site work, slope stabilization, and restoration of the disturbed area. The contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Final project completion shall be no later than 10/1/26. Site disturbing activities shall be performed in accordance with the periods of restriction noted in Plans, Permits, or other instructions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $45 million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be considered for the award. This is a FREE registration.
