January 13, 2025 The purpose of this annoucement is post a follow-up question regarding the provided Questions and Answers posted on December 23, 2025. Question: Will the prime contractor be responsible for watering the re-seeded grass/straw? If so, what is the duration of the required watering?

Answer: The prime contractor is only responsible for the inital watering of the re-seeded/saw.

December 23, 2025 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to post the answers to the questions provided by interested parties, update the Wage Determination and Statement of Work, and extend the Quote due date to January 15, 2026.

SRS Pineville Greenhouse Transformer Replacement: This project is to replace a failed transformer that supplies power to the two SRS research greenhouses.

Location: Alexandria Forestry Center in Pineville, LA.
