This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BK25Q0049 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. (iii)The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. (iv)This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The small business size standard is $11.5 million.
