Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Appraisal Services for Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF25Q0018 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau’s website where Real Estate Appraisal Services was listed as a corresponding index category. The small business size standard is $9.5 million.

Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide land appraisal services to the Forest Service Chugach National Forest. Services shall include a site inspection and the submission of a complete final appraisal report for an Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).

Place of Performance: The work shall be performed Southcentral Alaska (see Attachment 1 for details).

Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 December 2026.

Amendment 00001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation until 24 July 2025.
