## Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Appraisal Services for Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF25Q0018 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. **Description of Requirement:** The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide land appraisal services to the Forest Service Chugach National Forest. Services shall include a site inspection and the submission of a complete final appraisal report for an Oracle Extension Lode Claim-Culver Land Purchase as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).

**Place of Performance:** The work shall be performed Southcentral Alaska (see Attachment 1 for details).

**Period of Performance (POP):** The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 December 2026.

**Amendment 00001:** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation until 24 July 2025.
