THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING AMENDED TO CANCEL THE SOLICITATION. THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELED AS OF 01/24/2025. This is a Request for Proposal for construction services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center (JWDSRC), located in Stoneville, MS., has a requirement for refurbishing and upgrading the existing electrical distribution in the Hatchery area. The work includes but is not limited to:

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all work in strict accordance with the specifications for refurbishing and upgrading the existing electrical distribution in the Hatchery area. The project is located at the USDA-ARS-SEA, JWDSRC, 141 Experiment Station Road, Stoneville, MS. 38776. The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and detailed cost breakdown for the entire project.

The solicitation number is 12405B25R0007 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $19.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a proposal. You can register on- line at www.sam.gov.
