Please see SF30 and new SF1442 uploaded as amendment 0001 in the attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1178 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for replacement of mini split HVAC units for the USDA ARS in Tallahassee, FL.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19.0M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The magnitude of construction is less than $75,000. Please see attachments for important information on the site visit and how and when to submit quotes. Please note that due to the ugency of this work the site visit is short notice; only one site visit will be held and the response time cannot be extended.
