Three - Marriage Resiliency Retreats Vance AFB

Amendment #3 - Answers attached Amendment #2 - 1.1 Change shall be "located within 2.5 hours drive of Vance AFB, Oklahoma" to read location of event needs to be in downtown area of Oklahoma City, Okahoma. Change "two events may be scheduled on same weekend to read one weekend event and to be perferrably first event in Dec 2025, second event in April 2026, third event in August 2026. 1.1.6 Meals Should read "The contractor shall provide six (6) meals for each participant.

Amendment #1 - Disregard FOUR (4) events, there are only THREE (3) events ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) on behalf of the Governement at Vance AFB, is requesting quotes for a Firm Fixed Price service for three (3) Resiliency Retreats for couples and/or families. Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the detailed description list and quotes will need to be priced according to PWS. Offerors will need to have quotes emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT 10/22/2025 at 11:00 am.

No late offers will be excepted. Questions will need to be submitted no later than 10/10/25. Since this will be awarded by AFFS, attached are forms that will need to be reviewed and completed prior to an award made.
