Install Wireless Access Points Black Range RD Gila National Forest

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. NO QUOTES ARE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The Black Range Ranger District Office Gila National Forest requires the installation of three (3) Wireless Access Points in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement titled “Installation of Wireless Access Points”. The office is located at 1804 N. Date St Truth or Consequences, NM 87901.There are approximately 15 on site personnel on the 1st floor. Additionally, there is one (1) conference room used regularly for training, meetings and other agency visitors. The office is approximately 8,927 sq feet.

All contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties shall be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. The Government seeks to find any small business capable of performing this requirement.

A responsible potential source shall have registered as small business with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) under NAICS 517112-Wireless Telecommunications Carrier (Except Satellite) for which the size standard is 1,500 Employees. Interested Contractors may fill out the attached sources sought information sheet and email it to shavera.leveille@usda.gov no later than 1700 Eastern time on 2/12/2025.
