Fatigue Monitoring (Blood Draws)

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. (iv) This procurement is set for full and open.

The blood draws shall be three times (beginning, middle, and end of fire season) per year. Below is the blood draw schedule: ? End of June 2024 ? End of September 2024 ? Early April 2025 ? End of June 2025 ? End of September 2025 The contractor must provide a laboratory in Flagstaff, AZ and/or Show Low, AZ for the firefighters to report to for the blood draws.
