## Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. (iv) This procurement is set for full and open.

The blood draws shall be three times (beginning, middle, and end of fire season) per year. Below is the blood draw schedule: ? End of June 2024 ? End of September 2024 ? Early April 2025 ? End of June 2025 ? End of September 2025 The contractor must provide a laboratory in Flagstaff, AZ and/or Show Low, AZ for the firefighters to report to for the blood draws.
