Notice of Intent – Bus Roof Snow Removal System

A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Frommelt Equipment Company, Inc is the only known source that can provide a mobile bus snow removal system that doesn’t require attachment to another vehicle and can be powered by a generator. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Only one source is reasonably available.
