## Description

A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Frommelt Equipment Company, Inc is the only known source that can provide a mobile bus snow removal system that doesn’t require attachment to another vehicle and can be powered by a generator. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Only one source is reasonably available.

Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than 22 September 2024, at 5:00pm Alaska Standard Time. E-mail responses will be accepted; however, senders are responsible for ensuring their complete transmission and timely receipt. All inquiries shall be sent via e-mail to:

The intent of this synopsis if for informational purposes and to improve small business access to acquisition information. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
