This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation (CI) is requesting information regarding vendors’ assistance with creating or providing a tool for the public to verify the authenticity of a Special Agent. Please review the two (2) associated attachments and respond according to the instructions set forth in the attachments.
