**11/19/2024:** This RFI has been reopened to close on 11/22/2024 7:00 a.m. EST. Regarding the PDPA, this RFI will be reviewed by Government employees only in which the PDPA question is stricken from the Technical Questions attachment.

-- The purpose of this RFI is to gain insight into available solutions services in the marketplace, acquire cost estimates, and to explore technical features and capabilities. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, request for bids or quotations, nor a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation (CI) is requesting information regarding vendors’ assistance with creating or providing a tool for the public to verify the authenticity of a Special Agent. Please review the two (2) associated attachments and respond according to the instructions set forth in the attachments.
