Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for A&E services to develop a design solution for the Utah Testing and Training Range (UTTR) Consolidated Mission Control Center (CMCC) hydronic cooling/HVAC Design project. The MILCON facility did not complete commissioning and does not meet mission requirements.
This will be a firm-fixed-price contract that includes design services, advertisement, and construction phase support to enhance building functionality, enable testing and balance, and achieve full mission readiness The US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Jacobs Government Services Company under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
A sole source justification for A&E services to develop a design solution for the Utah Testing and Training Range (UTTR) Consolidated Mission Control Center (CMCC) Hydronic Cooling/HVAC Design project has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing they can provide these supplies or services above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 6 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Responses should include the firm's CAGE code. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541330 which is $25.5 Million.
