Request for Proposal (RFP) LCLS-II-HE LLRF Digital Boards

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory invites interested vendors to submit a proposal in accordance with the attached RFP proposal preparation requirements for LCLS-II-HE LLRF Digital Boards. Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2024, 5:00 PM Pacific, and be valid for 90 days after submission. SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end item source of the following:

Attached RFP_340442_Solicitation_Package As stated in the instructions, Section L Instructions to Offerors: Drawing Package and Specifications will be provided upon request to Subcontract Administrator Included is Amendment 01 to the subject RFP to incorporate the clarifications received from one of the Prospective vendors of this procurement for a modular system. The revision is to add Section C Amendment 01 with the strikethroughs of the drawings/boards that are not required.

The RFP Due date remains the same – March 13, 2024 Please acknowledge receipt of this email and the Amendment by completing the information requested on Blocks 13A through 13D and returning to my attention on or before Friday, March 6, 2024. Included is Amendment 02 to the subject RFP to incorporate the clarifications received from one of the Prospective vendors of this procurement for a modular system.

The revision is to update the drawing package, provide responses clarification requests received, and an excel sheet to further identify labeling issues in Section B, Section C, and in the drawing package. . The RFP Due date is being extended to Friday, March 22, 2024 Please acknowledge receipt of this email and the Amendment by completing the information requested on Blocks 13A through 13D and returning to my attention on or before Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
