Pre-Solicitation Notice – XUMU 16-1149A Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers, Vandenberg SFB, CA.

Department of the Air Force, Space Systems Command, 30 CONS, 1515 Iceland Ave, Room 150, Vandenberg SFB, CA 93437-5212 The Space Force intends to issue a solicitation, XUMU 16-1149A, Repair/Upgrade Driveway and Parking Lot at Breakers on Vandenberg SFB, California, on or about 01 March 2024. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and personnel necessary to plan, design, manage, and perform as required to repair and upgrade driveway and parking lot at breakers.

The Award is contemplated as a competitive 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $19M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR part 36 Construction and Architect – Engineer Contracts. Per FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude for this intended project is:

Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Additional information or postings will be posted for viewing on SAM at https://www.sam.gov/. Notice to potential offeror(s)/supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.

The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror of any cost.
