WWYK240143 REPLACE ROOFS B1105, B3812, B467 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B1105, B3812, B467 Replace roofs in B1105, B3812, and B467. Replace fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts as required. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project specific documents are attached to this posting.

If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available.

This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by 12 May 2025 at 10:00am. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.

If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an MS Outlook meeting invite will be coordinated and will be forwarded stating the date and time of the Initial Site Visit. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
