SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON: AUGUST 5, 2025 AT 0930. We will meet at B3102. Equipment will be available to view the top of the roofs.

Tinker AFB – B3102 MAGNITUDE: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 The required work will be to repair and replace the roof sections 7,8,9,10,19 and 20 at Building 3102. This is a design-build contract. The contractor shall perform a site investigation to verify existing conditions. The contractor shall also be responsible for identifying the necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements to perform the work in the project drawings or Statement of Work (SOW).

This project will require contractor personnel to perform work and/or operate vehicles on flight lines, runways, taxiways, parking ramps or in aircraft hangers or maintenance areas. All contractor personnel will be required to receive FOD awareness training. If you experience any difficulty receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission.

In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This project is not yet funded.

After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by August 1, 2025 at 1500 CST. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.

ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY.
