Non-Traditional Businesses Concierge Project for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S))

The mission of the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense Assistant Secretary of Defense (OUSD(A&S) is to ensure the delivery and sustainment of secure, resilient, and preeminent capabilities to the warfighter and nternational partners quickly and cost effectively. Headquartered in Washington, D.C. at the Pentagon, and employing a diverse, professional workforce, OUSD(A&S) works to build and maintain a robust national security industrial base while improving and modernizing production capabilities.

The objective of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify firms that are capable of perfoming the development and release of the Concierge Project. This Sources Sought Notice is a follow-up to a Request for Information (RFI) posted on 24 February 2024. Firms that provided a response to the Feb 24 RFI must also submit a capability statement. All interested firms are encouraged to submit a capability statement. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. No questions or phone calls will be accepted concerning this Sources Sought Notice. All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised the Government will not provide feedback to firms with respect to any of the information submitted, or provide any follow-up or status information well after the deadline of this Sources Sought Notice.
