The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Energy Resilience & Optimization (ODASD(ER&O)) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Energy, Installations, and Environment (OASD(EI&E)) sustains warfighting readiness and lethality by providing energy-related policy and governance for programs and activities that enable resilient, efficient, clean, and cyber-secure energy for Joint forces, weapon systems, and installations.

ODASD(ER&O) requires contractor support to fulfill its function of providing policy, budget, and programmatic oversight to DOD energy programs that ensure energy readiness, resilience, and availability, and meet climate and energy policy goals. Please see attachments: Sources Sought Notice_Energy Technical Support_Final and Draft PWS_Energy Technical Support_Final for details and capability statement submission instructions. No questions or phone calls will be accepted concerning this notice.

All firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are advised the Government will not provide feedback to firms with respect to any information submitted, or provide any follow-up or status information well after the deadline of this Sources Sought Notice.
