AKARNG Audiometric Booth

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachments for full guidance. Solicitation W91ZRU-26-Q-A022 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quantities may be an ALL or SOME award.

This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:

1. Qty 1 - Custom Eckel Sound Room CL-M8 LP2 8 station single wall audiometric booth 2. Qty 7 - CCA-200 Mini Audiometer Benson Medical CCA-200mini Expansion Audiometer, 3. Qty 1 - CCA-200 Mini Audiometer, 4. Qty 8 BAS-200 Bio-Acoustic Simulator and all-inclusive pricing.
