You must follow the Service Contract Labor Standards. You will follow the wage determination 2015-4111 rev 35. And SCLA will apply to the award. - All quotes must state that they read and acknowledge all amendments. Must acknowledge amendments (updates). This can be done in an email when you provide a quote.
