Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen

This requirement is for procurement of bulk medical grade liquid oxygen for utilization in a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Winn Army Community Hospital, and Fort Stewart, GA. The Contractor shall provide service consisting of product (Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen) and one annual inspection to both Government owned primary (3000 gallon) and reserve (300 gallon) tanks to include calibrations, labor, parts, materials, and time, excluding disposable and consumable supply items.

Contractor will provide a Certificate of Analysis to state purity of bulk medical grade liquid oxygen (no less than 99%) when delivered. Additional services provided to include remote service/ application diagnostic support (telemetry) for the primary and backup vessel. Additional inclusions (i.e. includes field modifications such as safety corrections by the Contractor or requested by the Government).
