Inventrix Labtrac Enterprise Software License

The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to Inventrix, to provide LABTRAC Enterprise Software License and Support for the Army Dental Laboratory, located at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. The License Coverage Period is 1 October 2024 – 30 September 2027. The Inventrix LABTRAC Enterprise Software License and Support provides dental laboratory case workload, scheduling, and allocation of resources.

No Competition is being sought. This is not a request for quote or proposals. Inventrix is the only source available to provide the LABTRAC Enterprise Software License and Support. This is a special noticed prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contact Actions.

Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Army Dental Lab, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
