The purpose of this amendment is to revise the acquisition strategy to ensure maximum competition and to accurately reflect the nature of the requirement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). As a result, the following changes are made: The acquisition is changed from a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is hereby corrected from 423830 (Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers) to 333924 (Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing).
