Cobra Gold 2025 Hotel Coordinator

Our office is preparing to issue a Request for Quotation in support of Cobra Gold 2025 for a non-personnel services contract to provide (1) Thai hotel coordination in support of the Organization Conducting the Event (OCE) (2) Reservations support for all CG and HG participants for all CG and HG Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) requirements in Thailand to include HCA Nomination, Initial/Final Site Surveys, Initial/Final Planning Conferences, and Execution of CG & HG.

(3) Logistics Support Services to the OCE and the Joint Task Force (JTF) or Joint Exercise Support Group (JESG). (4) Translation and Interpreter services required for the execution of PWS requirements. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Thai Hotel Coordination, Reservation support, Logistics Support, and Translation and Interpreter services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

The contractor shall coordinate with hotels to ensure availability of lodging in support of CG and HG JELC requirements for the Joint Force, assist with hotel reservations for all CG/HG participants, provide logistics support services and ensure continuous support to the US Government personnel located in Thailand in support of the execution of CG/HG (the contractor shall accomplish logistical support to the JTF/JESG-4, LOGREPs and the JTF/JESG Contracting Team located at Joint United States Multi-National Advisory Group-Thailand (JUSMAGTHAI) located in Bangkok, Thailand) and provide translation and interpreter services as required in the performance of duties described in this section to include email between the OCE and Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) counterparts.
