JPMRC 27-01 Oahu Reefers

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01). 

The service period of performance (POP) will be from 07 October 2026 to 22 November 2026.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide 5x 40ft and 3x 20ft Refrigeration (reefer) rental and generation services in support of 25th Infantry Division JPMRC 27-01 rotation at Schofield Barracks and other various locations on Oahu, Hawaii This procurement is a competitive requirement.

Deadlines:

Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 21 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response.

Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 26 September 2026.

Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (prices shall be all inclusive), and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments. The email shall be titled as follows:

Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties. This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
