*Amendment 2 to Solicitation W91QVP-24-Q-5003 The purpose of amendment 2 is to:

1. Change the acquisition set aside on SF 1449, from "HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS" to "SMALL BUSINESS" due to an error.

2. Post the Vendors questions and answers Part II. There are no further changes. *Amendment 1 to Solicitation W91QVP-24-Q-5003 The purpose of amendment 1 is to a. make changes in the PWS. Please See the changes (highlighted portion) in an updated PWS. b. post the Vendor's RFIs and answers.

The 921st Contracting Battalion - Hawaii has a requirement for a crane rental service to move heavy military vehicles, containers, guns and trailers that are on specialized platforms on and off transportation vehicles before they are loaded into their respective aircrafts. The contractor shall provide the appropriate number and type of crane with minimum lifting capacity of 40 tons, in addition to operators and maintenance personnel, and supplemental lifting equipment as required.

This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN-24-Q-0024. This acquisition is being solicited as Small Business set-aside. The RFQ contains line item(s) on a firm-fixed price (FFP) basis. See attached solicitation including all attachments. All offers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database and have a CAGE code via SAM at www.sam.gov. Offerors shall be responsible to monitor SAM.gov for any updates and/or subsequent amendments to this solicitation
