CCTV/Access Control Installation

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:

1. Post the Questions and Answers.

2. Extend the proposal due date to 8 September 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

3. Revise Attachment 0001_PWS. Additions are highlighted in yellow.

4. Revise Attachment 0003_52.212-1 Addendum to clarify that Signed SF 1449 and Technical Proposal shall be submitted in PDF format.

5. Revise Attachment 0004_52.212-2 Addendum to remove the requirement for a Schedule for Services.

6. Add FAR Clause 52.225-5 and DFARS Clause 252.204-7025. Please see Solicitation Amendment W91QV126RA0690001 and revised attachments for details. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and solicitation W91QV126RA069 is attached.

This requirement is a total small business set aside and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25 million. All qualified small businesses under this NAICS are encouraged to submit proposals. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT This is a non-personal services contract to provide and install a complete and operational CCTV and Access Control system at 4411 Llewellyn Avenue, Fort Meade, MD 20755. Building 4411 requires a new, standalone security system to be managed by Public Health Command, East.

The existing system is controlled by another agency and does not meet current security requirements. This project will establish an independent system to enhance the safety and security of all building personnel and visitors.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide and install a complete and operational CCTV and Access Control system as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Period of Performance: Twelve (12) month Base Period with four (4)-one (1) year option periods. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on 26 Aug 2026. LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting offers, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.
