This is a Non-personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity solicitation that is Set-aside 100% for Small Business. Please read the entire solicitation in order to submit a technically acceptable proposal / offer. The submission of a proposal / offer that is incomplete shall not be accepted and no communication from the Contracting Officer should be expected if the proposal is found Technically Unacceptable.

Once proposals are reviewed for technical acceptance all Offerors whose proposal was found acceptable will receive an email with a specified date and time to present their demonstrated capability to the Government and the Religious Support Office (RSO) source selection team. Failure to participate in the capability demonstration will result in the Offeror's submitted proposal not receiving further review and the Offeror will be excluded from source selection consideration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Any and All questions in response to this solicitation shall be submitted not later than 16th of July 2024 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to the point of contact identified in this posting. Any and all concerns a contractor may have about this solicitation shall be directed to the point of contact for this solicitation not later than the 16th of July 2024. A protest challenging the terms of a solicitation must be filed before the time for receipt of initial proposals. Protest Issues not for consideration:
