Switchboard and MCC Panel Replacement

[7/28/2026] Solicitation Amendment 01 is provided. "Switchboard Q&As" is hereby incorporated into the solicitation. These Q&As represent the official clarification of the Government's requirements. SOW Revision 5 incorporates adjustments to Paragraph 2.0, Paragraph 3.1.2, and removal of Paragraph 3.1.4. No changes to proposal due date of 31 July 2026 at 12:00pm EDT. No other changes have been made to the final solicitation posted on 15 July 2026. [7/15/2026] Final solicitation is provided.

No changes have been made to the draft posted on 1 July 2026. This is a supply contract to provide switchboard and MCC panel replacement services for ALTESS. The contractor must be able to provide installation services IAW the SOW performance standard.

The site visit will be conducted on 14 July 2026 at 9:00am EST at PD ALTESS, Bldg 450, Constitution Rd, Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, VA 24141. The installation vetting requirements are found in section 4 of the SOW and all interested parties must register for the site visit no later than 13 July at 12:00pm EST. Participants can ask questions after the site visit until 24 July 2026 at 12:00pm EST.
