AMENDMENT 1: THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE TO THE 18TH AND TO POST THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ASKED. ERRORS WERE FOUND WITH THE QUOTE TEMPLATE, AN UPDATED VERSION HAS BEEN ATTACHED. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for DDE 2nd Year Instructors (X2) 25-30 at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13.5.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 effective 26 October 2018 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the POC’s for this requirement and they will be responded to on an amendment to this solicitation.Questions should be submitted by 28 May 2025 at 7:30 a.m. EDT. Questions submitted after that date may not be addressed. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION. CLIN structure of the solicitation is currently set for quantities if a vendor is quoting for BOTH INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS. A vendor may choose to quote for one or both positions.
