Solicition –Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is one of the Department of Defense’s (DoD’s) foremost test and training ranges supporting DoD, non-DoD and commercial material developers by testing a broad spectrum of equipment throughout the life cycle, from concept through deployment. ATC has a need for a highly mobile off-road test course and terrian measurement system. The system will consist of a prime mover and data collection hardware and software. The prime mover will be a rugged off-road capable vehicle.

The data collection system will consist of micro-terrain measurement (scanning) instrumentation and an Inertial Navigation System (INS). For more information please see the attached suporting documents or reach out to the POCs below.
