Roof Replacement, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to remove and replace an existing asphalt roof at Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT. Total roof area is approximately 2,700ft2.

Work will include removal of the existing asphalt roof, any water damaged plywood and sheathing (estimated not to exceed ten-percent of the existing roof), gravity fed turbine vent, and gutter system and installation of a new architectural shingle roof, underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, gravity fed turbine vent and compatible gutter system on the Colebrook River Lake Dam project office and attached garage.

The work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and regulations, including, but not limited to the International Building Code (IBC), International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), and manufacturer’s specifications. Old asphalt shingles shall be recycled at an approved facility (see portal.ct.gov), for information on Asphalt Roofing Shingle Recycling and approved facilities. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
