The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Heating System Replacement, Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials and labor to remove one (1) existing oil-fired boiler and install one (1) high efficiency wall mounted liquid propane fired condensing combination boiler compatible with the existing forced hot water system. The Contractor will supply and install one (1) 1000-gallon underground liquid propane storage tank at the project office. In addition, the Contractor will remove one (1) 119-gallon water heater unit and associated piping and equipment.

All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
