The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Walkway Repairs & Concrete Pad Replacement, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and replace approximately 700 linear feet of stone dust walkways and railroad tie border, three railroad tie staircases, two railroad tie and stone dust picnic platforms, and a 26’ by 10’ concrete pad. All work within the Buffumville Lake property will be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
