The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Storage Building Construction, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor required to prepare the site, pour a concrete footing, and purchase and construct a pre-engineered metal building, approximately 40’ wide by 50’ long, and between 15’ - 17’ tall for vehicle and equipment storage. This scope of work includes installation of electrical components and has an option task for insulation and plywood walls. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
