The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Office Janitorial Services, West Hill Dam, Uxbridge, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Contractor will provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean one (1) project office building at West Hill Dam. Services will be performed on a biweekly basis (every other week). All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
