The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Project Office Roof Replacement & Epoxy Floors, Surry Mountain Lake, Surry, NH.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work at the Surry Mountain Lake Project Office:

a. Remove and properly dispose of the existing corrugated metal roof, install a new standing seam metal roof with snow guards and no exposed fasteners.

b. Prepare and epoxy four (4) garage bays, a utility room, and a paint locker. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
