THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately 13.46 acres of fine to semi-fine lawn every other week; mow and trim approximately 2.1 acres of semi-fine lawn once a month; mow and trim approximately 46 acres of rough grass once a year; provide spring and fall clean-up around the project at the Franklin Falls Dam administrative and recreation areas; provide lawn aeration and fertilization on approximately 8.5 acres of fine lawn as part of the spring and fall clean-up, and provide lawn fertilization on approximately 8.5 acres of fine lawn as part of the mid-summer service.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
