Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The Massachusetts Army National Guard(MAARNG) has a requirement for ATP Flight Certification in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). This is an RFQ for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 12. This notice and the attached documents constitute the official solicitation. All specifications, approval conditions, and required quantities are detailed in the attached solicitation document (Standard Form 1449).
IMPORTANT: All quoters must read and adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the "Addendum to 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors" contained within the solicitation package. This addendum provides specific requirements for quote preparation, content, and submission that are essential for a quote to be considered for award.
Submission and Award Information
Quote Submission: All quotes must be submitted via email to both Marc Kerrigan and Melissa Melcher at the email addresses listed.
Quote Deadline: The closing date and time are specified in Block 8 of the attached SF1449. Late submissions will not be evaluated.
Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted via email to both contacts no later than five (5) business days prior to the closing date.
Basis for Award
The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. The award will be made to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest total price for all CLINs, whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements.
The Government will evaluate quotes by first ranking all quotes by price. It will then evaluate the lowest-priced quote for technical acceptability. If the lowest-priced quote is technically acceptable and submitted by a responsible quoter, an award will be made without evaluating other quotes.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to the solicitation. All interested and responsible small businesses may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Please download the attached solicitation documents for full details and instructions.
