Tailwater Volunteer Village Campground Construction

The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, labor and supervision necessary to construct a small, two-site campground adjacent to the river corridor. Construction includes site excavation, access road installation and the complete installation of water, electrical and sewage utilities to each campsite. All work must adhere to the project maps provided (Exhibit 1) and the technical specifications detailed below.

All materials and workmanship will be manufactured and accomplished according to industry standards and specifications. NAICS 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, size standard $45,000,000.00.Disclosure of Magnitude: Between $100,000 and $250,000.This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government. All questions pertinent to this RFQ shall be submitted ONLY THROUGH ProjNet per the included instructions.

Amendment 0001 - is to address the campsite entrance dimensions under TP-3.1 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS.
