The work includes updates to the existing miter gate controls, valve controls, and lock operationsinterlock system to bring system into compliance with current Inland Marine Transportation SystemInterlock Standard, along with the replacement of the existing dam tainter gate height position encodersand associated hardware. Additionally, any and all incidental related work.

AMENDMENT 4: 4 August 2025 THIS AMENDMENT SERVES TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF BIDS FROM 30 JULY 2025 10:00 AM TO 7 AUGUST 2025 10:00 AM, AND REPLACE THE PLANS & SPECS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. THE EXTENSION OF THE BID DATE HAS ALREADY BEEN EXTENDED INFORMALLY ON SAM. UPDATED WAGE DETERMINATIONS IN20250006, DATED 18 JULY 2025 HAVE BEEN INCLUDED. WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS CLAUSE 252.232-7006 HAS BEEN REMOVED.

18 July 2025: This Amendment is to add the updated Price Breakout Schedule and to add the updated Wage Rates.
