W912QR24Q0126 - Caesar Creek HVAC Replacement

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to remove existing 7.5-ton commercial grade split system, relocate existing 5-ton system, and install new 7.5-ton system at the Visitor Center located at Caesar Creek Lake. Prices should include mobilization & demobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment.

The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications, drawings, and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.

Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. Quotes are due on 13 September 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220. The size standard is $19M. The solicitation will be available on the web only.
