The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to repair and seal the road and parking lot surfaces at William H Harsha Lake in Batavia, OH. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business, NAICS 237310, Size Standard $45M. The contract award will be based on lowest total price to the Government.
