This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to select one (1) contractor to provide professional medical services, within the scope of medical practice as a licensed physician to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District Health Unit. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Quotes are due on 20 February 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621498. The size standard is $25.5M. The solicitation will be available on the web only.
