Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Buckhorn Lake Law Enforcement Services

Additional and above normal, emergency, or unanticipated enforcement of civil and criminal laws of the State and Perry County on Project lands and waters in accordance with specified scheduling. This work shall include additional road, campground, day use, and occasional boat patrols as well as keeping a daily log and administering required reporting procedures.

This service will be provided by one or more officers who will be fully qualified and authorized to issue both misdemeanor and felony citations, to make arrests, and to carry out the full range of duties expected of a full time police officer. The officer(s) shall be equipped with a typical Perry County Law Enforcement vehicle, uniform, radio(s) and related equipment suitable for uniformed patrol.
