This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to Conduct Dive Surveys for the presence/absence of Mussels and other Mussel-related information for the Ohio River and Tributaries and portions of the Great Lakes and River Division (LRD) to include the following districts Nashville, Louisville, Huntington, and Pittsburgh in accordance with the attached specifications.

The Contractors work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract utilizing Firm-Fixed-Price task orders.

The total contract capacity under this contract is valued at $1,250,000.00 over a five year period (if all options are exercised). Awards will be made as Firm-Fixed-Price Task Orders during the period of performance. The Government intends to award one (1) IDIQ Contract from this Solicitation. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 541370 ($19 million).Quotes are due on 11 December 2023 at 10:00 am (ET). Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days.

Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Price Breakout Schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed (base period and option periods) will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the RFQ and the quote will be rejected.
